Aqua Viking completes Special Survey

AquaShip recently brought our wellboat Aqua Viking from operations in Shetland to Vaagland Shipyard in Western Norway, for her 5 year Special Survey. Built in 2016 Aqua Viking is a modern Live Fish Carrier with total capacity of 1.000 m3 in two wells, having state of the art systems for fish handling, weighing, counting and lice treatment. Besides full refurbishment of main machinery and key systems the vessel got her new painting in AquaShip colors. As always the docking was very hectic, but thanks to careful planning and execution by the crew, Marius, Stig, Captain Frank and the rest of Aquaship’s project team it was succesfully completed within schedule. Aqua Viking is now back in operations on her long term contract.
